Please find information below on how we handle our deliveries at Tilers Gear. We use a range of delivery couriers for all our nationwide deliveries.
We aim to provide the best possible delivery service to ensure your project or jobs run smoothly – we pride ourselves on having no hidden costs when it comes to making your purchase with us.
Please note that this information is subject to change and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
UK Nationwide Delivery
Our UK Nationwide Deliveries include Mainland UK, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & The R.O.I. Delivery locations listed above are subject to a Next-Day Delivery fee when our Free Next-Day Delivery requirements are not met*.

*The Scotland region does not qualify for Free Next-Day Delivery when orders are over £150
Next Working Day Delivery
All orders placed online are available on a Free* and Next Working Day Delivery** basis. In the event of Weekends and Bank Holidays, deliveries will be deferred to the Next Working Day.
For example, orders placed after 4:30pm on a Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday, or in the event of a Bank Holiday, the following Wednesday.
*FREE Next Working Day Delivery is subject to a minimum £150 spend (not applicable in the Scotland region)
**Next Working Day Delivery is subject to a daily 4:30pm cut off, any orders placed after this time will not be treated as Next Working Day but will defer to the following Next Working Day.
Non-Mainland Deliveries (P.O.A)
The Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isles of Scilly, or any other areas/islands are classified as Non-Mainland (Excluding Isle of Wight, Ireland and the R.O.I) and are available on a P.O.A (price on asking) basis. Deliveries in these locations can be arranged via our sales and transport team. We will be able to provide you with a cost estimation and delivery estimation in as little as an hour*. Pallet Deliveries
Palletised deliveries are priced for kerbside drops and not to your door. Exceptions to this are based on if the palletised delivery is on a haulage or dedicated load basis.
